  • We will provide you with instructions for obtaining the key from the secure key lockbox which is attached to the hall building.

  • Only if you wish to sell it. Alternatively, you can supply the alcohol and give it to your guests for free, or you can ask guests to bring their own for their own consumption.

  • Yes, there is crockery and cutlery, 3 types of glasses and water jugs. Much of it is matching and sufficient for approximately 100 guests.

  • The Cooks Beach Community Centre is situated in a residential area, and therefore noise and music must be kept at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

  • NO. As the Cooks Beach Community Centre is a public community facility smoking or vaping is not permitted in the hall building.

  • Our AV package includes a fully installed state-of-the-art sound system, a ceiling-mounted projector, a scroll-down screen, dual wall-mounted speakers, and dual Shure wireless microphones. You can easily connect your laptop via HDMI or Bluetooth, and we also provide DVD/Blu-Ray connectivity.
